Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Quarter application, you agree to comply with all of these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use this application.

2. Authorized Use

You agree to use Quarter only for legal purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree to:

  • — Not access the application in an unauthorized manner
  • — Not transmit viruses or malicious code
  • — Not impersonate another person
  • — Not attempt to bypass security measures
  • — Respect copyright and intellectual property rights

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately inform Quarter of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The member card subscription is paid. By subscribing, you authorize automatic deduction from the payment method you have provided. The subscription can be canceled at any time from your Quarter account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

Quarter is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application. This includes data loss, revenue loss, or service interruptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All application content (text, images, logos, graphics, videos) is the exclusive property of aktascorp or its partners. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without authorization is prohibited.

7. Modification of Terms

Quarter reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Modifications will be communicated through the application. Your continued use of the application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

Quarter reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application in case of violation of these terms or abusive behavior.

9. Applicable Law

These terms of use are governed by the laws in force in the Kingdom of Belgium. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
